Manage Your Cafe on Cafes in KL

Step 1: Claim Your Cafe

If your cafe is already listed on Cafes in KL, you can request ownership from your account page. Once approved, you'll get full access to manage your listing.

• Go to your Account page and sign in
• Click "Claim a Cafe" and select your cafe from the list
• Our team will verify your ownership and approve your request

Step 2: Your Dashboard

Once verified, you get an analytics dashboard for your cafe. See exactly how customers are finding and engaging with your listing.

• Page views — How many people visited your cafe page this month, and where they came from (Google, homepage, category browse)
• Actions — How many tapped to call, clicked your website, opened directions, or checked your Instagram
• Saves — How many people saved your cafe to their list
• Events — Manage upcoming and past events, all in one place

Step 3: Create Events

Promote workshops, live music, tastings, pop-ups, and more. Creating an event is straightforward:

• Title & description — Give your event a name and tell people what to expect
• Date & time — Set when the event starts and ends
• Image — Upload an eye-catching image to attract attention
• Categories — Tag your event (e.g. workshop, live music, food & drink) so people can find it
• Link — Add a registration or info link for attendees

Step 4: Review & Publish

After you submit an event, our team reviews it before it goes live. This keeps the quality high for everyone. Here's what each status means:

• Pending — Your event has been submitted and is awaiting review
• Published — Approved and visible to everyone on the site
• Rejected — Not approved. You'll receive feedback on why, and you can edit and resubmit

Most events are reviewed within 24 hours.
